Do you or your kids love Mexican Food? Here’s a fun meal that requires only a few ingredients and is ready in no time!
1 can of chunk chicken
1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 can Old El Paso Chopped Green chilis
12 corn tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish
Combine in bowl chicken, cheese and green chilis. Warm tortillas one at a time in a skillet over medium heat until flexible.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture over warmed tortilla. Roll tightly. Place in baking dish seam side down.
Bake 30 minutes
Suggested side dish- refried beans or salad with zesty dressing
